On August 25, a five-person delegation from Jiangsu Zhongqi Technology Co., Ltd. visited our factory. The two sides held in-depth exchanges and cooperation focused on pilot technology and equipment development for electrochemical selective dechlorination synthesis, jointly advancing the critical process of commercializing this green pesticide synthesis technology from lab research to industrial mass production.
Our company has spent more than a decade continuously researching and developing electrochemical selective dechlorination synthesis technology, and formed a mature proprietary technical process package with independent intellectual property rights. We have not only verified technical feasibility at the laboratory stage, but also resolved key industrialization challenges through long-term technical iteration, including reaction selectivity regulation, system stability and raw material compatibility. Process parameters such as electrode material selection, electrolyte formulation, temperature and voltage control ranges have been fully standardized. Both product yield and current efficiency can exceed 90%, delivering core technical support for subsequent large-scale manufacturing.
