Vanadium electrolyte serves as the core component of all-vanadium redox flow batteries. The dominant industrial routes are chemical reduction-electrolysis and short-process electrolysis. Both rely on electrolysis to reduce tetravalent vanadium electrolyte into standard 3.5-valence electrolyte.
To address the drawbacks of conventional electrolysis solutions and the market monopoly of existing conditioning equipment, our self-developed vanadium electrolyte electrolytic conditioning unit features compact footprint, high throughput and superior current efficiency. It substantially cuts capital expenditure and supports sound development of the vanadium battery industry.
To cater to diverse scenarios and customer requirements, we offer three product options: standalone core electrolytic cells, containerized integrated units (equipped with electrolytic cells and electrical systems), and turnkey complete electrolysis systems with an annual capacity of 5000 m³. In addition, modular electrolysis systems of various specifications can be customized according to production capacity demands.

- Core Electrolytic Cell: Consists of core components including electrode plates and membrane.
- Containerized Unit: Equipped with core electrolytic cell, rectifier and electrical system, with a footprint of 15 m².
- 5000 m³/Year Vanadium Electrolyte Conditioning System: Comprises containerized unit, storage tanks, heat exchangers, pipelines and other components, with a core footprint of 36 m².
- Compact footprint of core equipment: The electrolytic cell matching the 5000 m³/year production line occupies only about 1 m².
- The electrolysis system is delivered as a pre-assembled unit for immediate commissioning, eliminating on-site complex installation.
- Consumption of precious metals is controllable. The equipment price is far below the market level with low after-sales maintenance cost.
