Product Introduction — Capillary‑Gap Electrolyzer

The third‑generation capillary‑gap reactor launched by our company features an innovative “ultra‑thin liquid film + stacked electrode” structure, which redefines the performance limits of electrochemical reactors — delivering a narrower inter‑electrode gap, higher space‑time yield and lower power consumption. Its core structural characteristics are stacked electrode arrangement, with electrolyte flowing over electrode surfaces in the form of a thin liquid film. The inter‑electrode gap can reach down to the millimeter or even sub‑millimeter range. This unique “thin‑film electrolysis” mode substantially reduces the ohmic voltage drop of electrolyte, and improves current efficiency and product yield. It is especially suitable for special redox reaction systems with low supporting‑electrolyte dosage or no supporting electrolyte at all, and serves as ideal equipment for organic electrosynthesis.
