Recently, our large‑scale vanadium electrolyte conditioning equipment has successfully completed the third continuous‑operation test. With stable operation and satisfactory test results, this marks another key step forward for the “continuous electrolysis of tetravalent vanadium” process toward industrialization.

During this test, the specific energy consumption of the electrolyzer reached as low as 88 kWh per cubic meter, a substantial improvement over previous results. Tested products comply with industry standards and deliver stable and reliable quality. With a footprint of approximately 1 m² for the core electrolyzer and a current efficiency exceeding 95%, a single unit can support a production line with an annual output of 5,000 m³ of 3.5‑valent vanadium electrolyte.
Continuous‑mode operation can significantly improve electrolyzer utilization and effectively extend anode service life. In addition, the selling price of the equipment is considerably lower than the market price, achieving full‑chain cost reduction covering energy consumption, consumables and construction expenditure. It demonstrates higher efficiency compared with the stack‑based method.
Our current product portfolio includes three configurations: standalone core electrolyzers, container‑type systems, and complete electrolysis systems. The solutions serve electrolyte manufacturers as well as enterprises requiring rapid valence‑state recovery. The equipment enables immediate production after on‑site deployment with a short construction cycle. We offer multiple cooperation models including equipment leasing, manufacturing, toll processing and technical development.
