Starting November 2024, our company has formed a powerful strategic partnership with Dewcon Instruments Inc. from the United States and the Future Technology Research Institute of Zhejiang University (Green Electrolysis Technology & Equipment Innovation Team) in Gongshu District, Hangzhou City. We jointly develop electrolytic technologies and equipment for the conversion and utilization of natural gas resources. Major breakthroughs have been achieved in this project: the electrocatalytic methane conversion system has completed preliminary technical research and equipment fabrication, and is about to enter the testing phase!
Adopting an innovative electrochemical process, this system efficiently converts waste methane emitted from landfills, sewage treatment plants, livestock farms and other facilities into new energy chemicals, delivering both environmental benefits and economic value:
✅ Three-step high-efficiency conversion: Methane → Electrocatalytic Conversion → Hydrolysis → Distillation & Purification → Target Products
✅ Custom Core Reactor Unit: Specially customized reactor enables high-selectivity catalysis under concentrated sulfuric acid conditions
✅ Green Circular Economy: Target products can be widely applied in chemical engineering, fuel and other industries to facilitate carbon emission reduction
This international collaboration has overcome core challenges including low-temperature methane activation and stable hydrolysis of intermediates. The equipment design balances large-scale production and energy consumption optimization, delivering an innovative solution for methane resource recovery worldwide.

The team will conduct evaluations on the system’s stability, conversion efficiency and economic viability to accelerate industrial implementation of the technology. We will further expand application scenarios to biogas, shale gas and beyond, building a full "negative carbon" industrial chain!
