(HZC-1003)Continuous-type Cl2 generator

Electrochemical Chlorine Generator HZC-1003 has a theoretical chlorine production rate of 25 g/h, while HZC-1004 delivers a theoretical Cl₂ output of 50 g/h. The two models share identical structural features and component configurations.

Product Introduction
Electrochemical Chlorine Generator HZC-1003 has a theoretical chlorine production rate of 25 g/h, while HZC-1004 delivers a theoretical Cl₂ output of 50 g/h. The two models share identical structural features and component configurations.
Compared with HZC-1001, this series supports continuous feeding and features more integrated flow and temperature control. The complete unit comprises an electrolyzer system, power supply system, feed & discharge system, and drying & absorption system.
It is mainly applied in organic electrolytic synthesis and organic chlorination synthesis experiments. Serving as an on-demand chlorine gas source, the generator can be started and shut down at any time during tests. It replaces chlorine gas cylinders and eliminates safety hazards associated with chlorine storage.
Chlorine is highly toxic to humans. Direct contact and inhalation must be strictly avoided.

Apart from chlorine generation, the equipment can also function as a deuterium gas generator.
