This reactor adopts stacked electrodes, which shortens electrode spacing while enlarging the electrode reaction area. The electrolyte flows over the electrodes in a thin-film form, significantly lowering the ohmic drop of electrolyte and boosting product yield. It is suitable for special redox coupling reactions requiring little or even no electrolyte, such as organic electrosynthesis.
