(HZC-504)GDE system

The HZC-504 gas diffusion electrochemical reaction system features compact size, easy operation and minimal electrode spacing, enabling gas oxidation-reduction electrolysis. Its reaction chamber adopts serpentine flow channels. Under pressure, gas enters the electrolyte in segmented flow, which effectively boosts gas-liquid mass transfer efficiency. The narrow electrode spacing delivers lower potential demand and less electrolyte consumption. Continuous operation prevents material backflow, avoiding over-oxidation or over-reduction of products and improving product yield.

Product Introduction

Gas Diffusion Electrochemical Reaction System (HZC-504)

The HZC-504 gas diffusion electrochemical reaction system features compact size, easy operation and minimal electrode spacing, enabling gas oxidation-reduction electrolysis. Its reaction chamber adopts serpentine flow channels. Under pressure, gas enters the electrolyte in segmented flow, which effectively boosts gas-liquid mass transfer efficiency. The narrow electrode spacing delivers lower potential demand and less electrolyte consumption. Continuous operation prevents material backflow, avoiding over-oxidation or over-reduction of products and improving product yield.

Product Features

  1. The reaction chamber is approximately 4 mm thick with serpentine flow channels for high gas-liquid mass transfer efficiency; the flow channel area measures 2 × 2 cm².
  2. The reactor is easy to assemble and disassemble with zero liquid leakage. Electrolyte circulates externally, and flow rate is controlled by a peristaltic pump.
  3. Minimal electrode spacing is adopted, and the reference electrode is installed separately inside the cell, which greatly reduces measurement errors caused by excessive electrode distance.
  4. Widely applicable to electrochemical CO₂ reduction and electrochemical reaction systems involving O₂, H₂, N₂ and other gases.
