The AEM electrolytic cell uses a titanium steel plate as the cell substrate, nickel mesh as the conductive substrate, and three-dimensional electrodes such as nickel foam as both the anode and cathode. An anion-exchange membrane is employed. The outlet port is designed with an enlarged opening to facilitate hydrogen gas release. The entire electrolytic cell features excellent airtightness and corrosion resistance.

Product Features:
(1) The electrode material can be either a flat plate electrode or a three-dimensional electrode, such as carbon felt, nickel foam, RVC electrode, etc.;
(2) It ensures that the liquid flows through the interior of the three-dimensional electrode rather than passing through gaps between the frame walls, thereby making full use of the high specific surface area of the porous electrode;
(3) The reaction has no significant dead volume, and bubbles are easily expelled;
(4) The effective electrolysis area is applicable from 1×1 cm² to 3×3 cm².
