(HZC-507)ALK system

The ALK alkaline water electrolyzer adopts a three-dimensional frame structure. Enlarged liquid outlets facilitate hydrogen release. Specially designed rhombic flow channels are arranged inside the cell, where either flat electrodes or three-dimensional electrodes can be installed. This design maximizes the utilization of electrode surface area and significantly reduces reaction dead volume.

Product Introduction
The ALK alkaline water electrolyzer adopts a three-dimensional frame structure. Enlarged liquid outlets facilitate hydrogen release. Specially designed rhombic flow channels are arranged inside the cell, where either flat electrodes or three-dimensional electrodes can be installed. This design maximizes the utilization of electrode surface area and significantly reduces reaction dead volume.

Product Features

  1. Compatible electrode types include flat electrodes and three-dimensional electrodes such as carbon felt, nickel foam, and RVC electrodes.
  2. The fluid flows through the interior of the 3D electrodes rather than gaps between frame walls, making full use of the high specific surface area of porous electrodes.
  3. Negligible dead volume during reaction, enabling easy bubble removal.
  4. Adaptable to effective electrolysis areas ranging from 1×1 cm² to 3×3 cm².
