A 30-kilogram-scale continuous pilot-scale electrolysis unit was designed according to requirements, comprising feed input, electrolysis, and post-treatment process units that enable recycling of both electrolytic mother liquor and extraction agents with zero discharge of waste gases, wastewater, or solid residues. The unit operates under automated control systems.
